Philippe has over 20 years experience in international management consulting. He earned a master in Law at the university of Louvain (KUL) and started his career as a management trainee in banking.
In 1991 Philippe left banking to start his career in an top international consulting firm where he had several global roles in analysis, sales and management. Philippe is one of the founders and managing partner of consulting firm EffCo. EffCo has become the reference on implementing measurable performance improvements in various industries like banking and insurance, retail and hospitality. In this role his focus is on international business development in North America, Turkey and Western Europe. He is a very much solicited sparring partner in the field of continuous improvement for top C-level decision makers. His key skills are : General management, managing intercultural teams, high level sales in an international consultancy environment.
