Founder and Managing Director TAM
With over 20 years of executive leadership experience in global organizations, Ran has a distinguished track record of steering complex business transformations and delivering successful turnarounds. He has held pivotal roles such as CEO, BoardMember, and Vice President of Strategic Change and Implementation within Fortune 500 companies, as well as CEO of a major subsidiaries of a Fortune 100 corporations. Ran excels in understanding customer needs, business drivers, and team dynamics, enabling him to navigate and thrive in challenging commercial landscapes. His extensive international experience spans Europe (including Benelux), the USA, and the Middle East, providing him with a unique intercultural perspective on change management and business revitalizations. An attorney by training, Ran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration, certified coach and a Master’s degree from INSEAD in Consulting and Coaching for Change (CCC), specialising in resistance to change and emotional intelligence.
YITZHAK RABIN (Brigadier General, Ret.)

With over 35 years of leadership experience, Yitzhak Rabin has successfully guided large and complex organizations to excellence. He recently retired as CEO of a Fortune 500 subsidiary after more than a decade in the role and now serves as a director and board member for various companies, organizations, and investment funds.
Yitzhak’s expertise spans private and public companies, as well as governmental agencies, with a focus on technology, defense, and services. Renowned for driving results in turnaround management and complex business development, he excels in fostering individual and team effectiveness. His unique analytical skills and deep understanding of human dynamics have made him a trusted coach and mentor to senior executives globally.
Having worked across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe, Yitzhak brings an intercultural perspective on organizational and human traits that drive successful change.
ANTOINE DIJKSTRA
Business Partner
Antoine Dijkstra is the co-founder and partner of Implexus Capital & Partners, with extensive expertise in finance and advisory roles. He advises the Dutch government, corporates, and financial institutions, including several in the Middle East and IMC Asset Management. Antoine serves as a board member at Vesting Finance (on behalf of HAL Investments N.V.) and Brink’s Nederland.
Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer at Gulf International Bank in Bahrain and held senior roles at JPMorgan/BearStearns in London, NIB Capital in the Netherlands, and AIG/Zurich Capital Markets in Paris and London. He also chaired Harcourt Investment Consulting in Switzerland. Antoine holds a Master’s in Finance and Economics from Erasmus University and completed an Advanced Management program at INSEAD. He was a member of the Erasmus University Trust Fund (2005–2009).

Sharon is an accomplished business professional with over 15 years of experience across various sectors, holding an MBA with a focus on Marketing and PR. Currently, she serves as a business partner at Turnaround Management (TAM), where she leads administration, finance, and marketing activities.
Recognizing a market opportunity, Sharon founded B In Antwerp, a boutique hotel located in the heart of Antwerp, offering unique, thoughtfully designed accommodation to meet the needs of all travelers.
As the owner, she has created a space that seamlessly blends local cultural heritage with modern comfort, delivering exceptional experiences for global visitors.
In addition to her leadership role at TAM, Sharon combines her business expertise with a passion for hospitality to drive success in both ventures.
