Ran Ancho

Managing Director

For the past 20 years, Ran has held a number of executive management positions in several international companies. Most recently, he was the Vice President for Strategy Change and Implementation of a leading Fortune 500 company. Prior to this position, he was the CEO of a major subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company.

Over the years, Ran has directed and been involved in successful business transitions that were complex and posed serious commercial challenges. His success as a turnaround expert is largely due to his deep understanding of customers, business drivers and team building.

Working in the Netherlands, USA, Middle East and Belgium for the past 2 decades has given Ran an intercultural view of turnaround management, change management and the specific traits that enable successful changes.

Ran is an attorney and has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration. He earned a Master’s degree from INSEAD in Consulting and Coaching for Change (CCC), writing his thesis on resistance to change and emotional intelligence.

Yitzhak Rabin

Chairman

Yitzhak (Brigadier General, Ret.) has over 35 years of experience in leading very large and complex organizations to excellence. Mr. Rabin recently retired as the CEO of a Fortune 500 company subsidiary, a position he held for more than a decade. Currently, he is serving as a director and board member of a number of companies, organizations and investment funds. Yitzhak has worked for both private and public companies, as well as governmental organizations and agencies, contributing expertise in technology, defense and services. Mr. Rabin has deep competence in individual and management team effectiveness, which has helped him drive outstanding results in turnaround management and complex business development assignments. He has unique analytical skills and understanding motivations and the way people think and work together. Mr. Rabin has a strong track record in supporting, coaching, training and developing senior leaders and executives in top organizations worldwide, across a range of business sectors. Working in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe over the past 35 years has given Yitzhak an intercultural view of the specific organizational and human traits that enable successful changes.
Rob Looijmans

Business Partner

25 years of professional experience in governmental organizations, consultancy and public companies. For more than 10 years he held a management position in a Fortune 500 company subsidiary, leading operations, product development and IT. His most recent role was Director in an international team of a leading Fortune 500 company, with global product responsibility for the new strategic direction of the organization. Rob has extensive experience in program management and leading and inspiring teams of multiple disciplines and cultures in a start-up or transition phase, especially in the overlapping area of operations, commercial strategy, and IT. With his broad experience and background Rob is able to translate the changing strategic course of the company into practical implementation and execution and lead that operation. His successful approach is based on a deep understanding of the impact of change on the various stakeholders, his communication and interpersonal skills and a systematic execution.  
Antoine L.V Dijkstra

Business Partner

Antoine Dijkstra is the co-founder and partner of Implexus Capital & Partners. He currently is, amongst others, advisor to the Dutch government, corporates and financial institutions. Mr Dijkstra is an advisor to a number of financial institutions in the Middle East, advisor to IMC Asset Management, board member on behalf of HAL Investments N.V of Vesting Finance and a board member at Brink’s Nederland. Previously, Mr. Dijkstra was Chief Investment Officer and Treasurer at Gulf International Bank B.S.C. in Bahrain. From 2006 to 2008 Mr.Dijkstra was a Senior Managing Director at JPMorgan/BearStearns in London. From 2000 to 2005 Mr. Dijkstra was member of the managing board at NIB Capital in the Netherlands and Chairman of the Board of Harcourt Investment Consulting the Fund of Hedge Fund manager in Switzerland. Before NIB Capital, Mr. Dijkstra was a Managing Director at AIG and Zurich Capital Markets in Paris and London. Mr. Dijkstra has received his Masters Degree in Finance and Economics from Erasmus University and has also received a Degree in Advance Management from INSEAD. Mr Dijkstra was a member of the Erasmus University Trust Fund from 2005 – 2009.    
Philippe Rogiest

Philippe has over 20 years experience in international management consulting. He earned a master in Law at the university of Louvain (KUL) and started his career as a management trainee in banking. In 1991 Philippe left banking to start his career in an top international consulting firm where he had several global roles in analysis, sales and management. Philippe is one of the founders and managing partner of consulting firm EffCo. EffCo has become the reference on implementing measurable performance improvements in various industries like banking and insurance, retail and hospitality. In this role his focus is on international business development in North America, Turkey and Western Europe. He is a very much solicited sparring partner in the field of continuous improvement for top C-level decision makers. His key skills are : General management, managing intercultural teams, high level sales in an international consultancy environment. EffCo people say Philippe is an inspirational and highly motivating, but demanding leader. Philippe is also a guest professor at the University of Ghent in the faculty of economics.
Frank Dannenhauer

Frank Dannenhauer is an experienced executive and a successful leader of major transformations. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceuticals, chemicals and consumer health industry as well as a background in public sector and non-profit organizations. Throughout his career he has lead teams in many countries across the globe. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing major transformations, namely shifts of strategy, new organizational structures, acquisitions, downsizing and technology driven changes. Frank has a strong track record in leading through change and keeping large-scale transformation programs honest. He understands how to build the organizational capabilities for the future, especially in an international and complex environment. Based on his international leadership experience he acts as independent thought partner in times of making and implementing difficult choices. Prior to becoming a consultant, Frank had a long and successful career with a leading Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals group. He ensured digital strategy alignment and IT operations as the divisional CIO for the Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health divisions on a global basis. He led successfully through major restructurings, downsizing and acquisitions. Before that he developed deep business and IT insights at a Pharmaceuticals company in Frankfurt, as well as at the City Council of Mannheim, his native town in Germany. He is based in the Geneva region in Switzerland and advices clients around the world. Frank holds a Diploma in Business Administration as well as an MBA and a Masters Degree in Change Management from INSEAD, France.
Edna Pasher, Ph.D.

Dr. Pasher is a pioneer in the innovation and knowledge management movement and an active member of the international KM community. She has over 30 years of experience in regional, European Union and international strategic renewal projects using a variety of evaluation methodologies, modeling, quantitative and analysis techniques. Among other specializations, Edna has expertise in knowledge preservation and knowledge transfer in organizations of all sizes. Edna is the Founding Partner (1991) and chief editor of Status - The Journal of Management Thought. She earned her doctorate at New York University in Communication Arts and Sciences, and has served as faculty member at Adelphi University, the City University of New York, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University.
