25 years of professional experience in governmental organizations, consultancy and public companies. For more than 10 years he held a management position in a Fortune 500 company subsidiary, leading operations, product development and IT. His most recent role was Director in an international team of a leading Fortune 500 company, with global product responsibility for the new strategic direction of the organization.
Rob has extensive experience in program management and leading and inspiring teams of multiple disciplines and cultures in a start-up or transition phase, especially in the overlapping area of operations, commercial strategy, and IT.
With his broad experience and background Rob is able to translate the changing strategic course of the company into practical implementation and execution and lead that operation.
